Press Release: Phase I Clinical Trials comes to Wasatch Front
May 15th, 2008 Orem, Utah: Aspen Clinical Research, LLC a Utah corporation announces the opening of it’s 20,000 sq ft. state of the art 50 bed inpatient research facility. Phase I clinical trials encompasses first in human safety studies as a part of ongoing research into the treatment of medical conditions. Aspen Clinical Research has been participating in Phase II-IV studies previously, but now adds the Phase I studies to their scope of research services. Dr. Michael W. Harris, Chief Medical Officer states “Clinical Research is the backbone of our medical community, leading edge technology and ongoing research gives us real hope in finding cures for those illnesses that affect our families and loved ones.” The facility is scheduled to open in the third quarter of this year.
